PRIVACY
What we collect
We collect the contact information, availability, application details, and evaluation materials you choose to submit. We record referral and campaign information when available, plus limited technical information to protect forms from abuse.
How we use it
The 47 Days production team uses this information to review participation, respond to inquiries, provide requested screenplay access, and manage events and premiere interest. Optional project updates require your opt-in. We do not publish applicant contact information or private uploaded materials.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage; Vercel for hosting and website analytics; and a transactional email provider for confirmations. Ticket Tailor handles ticket purchases, payment processing through its connected provider, order confirmations, admission QR codes and ticket inventory. These providers process information to deliver the site and its services.
Optional advertising tracking
If you accept advertising tracking, we use Meta Pixel on public pages to measure page visits, signups and ticket checkout starts and help us show ads about 47 Days. Meta receives browser and device information, network data such as your IP address, page visits, and events such as a completed application, ticket-page view or ticket checkout start. Meta may use cookies and connect this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account.
Our events identify the request category or the selected public showtime, ticket category, quantity and checkout value. We do not include your submitted contact details, application answers, or uploaded materials in those events. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
You can accept or decline advertising tracking and change your choice through Tracking preferences in the footer. You can use the site and submit forms without accepting it. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep optional Meta tracking off.
With the same choice, we also record a random browser-tab identifier, public page visits, form starts and steps, completed signup categories, and ticket-link clicks in our own audience reports. These activity records do not include contact details or form answers. Campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname may also accompany a form you choose to submit, so we can understand how people found the project.
Advertising tracking is separate from the optional “Send me updates about the 47 Days project” checkbox on our forms. That checkbox controls project updates; it does not enable Meta tracking.
Uploaded work
Audition self-tapes are stored privately in Supabase and attached to the application you already submitted. Authorized casting staff can review them in Mission Control. Your personal audition link lets you upload a tape, view your submission, and respond to callback invitations; please keep that link private. Audition invitations, submission confirmations, and deadline reminders are separate from optional premiere or marketing updates. The private audition page does not send advertising or website analytics events.
Your uploads are used for evaluation. Submitting creative work does not give the production perpetual rights. Usage and participation require separate agreements.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from updates through the Contact page. We keep submissions while needed to manage production, events, and related follow-up, and review retention after the project. No system can promise absolute security.
